The Plan for the Delivery of Intregrated Emergency Management with the Department of Health and Human Services and Tasmanian Health Service is he lead document to describe the emergency management governance, planning, prevention, preparedness, response and recovery arrangements and roles and responsibilities performed and managed by the DHHS and THS in accordance with relevant state and national emergency management policy and planning arrangements.

The intent of the plan is to ensure that the DHHS and THS are best positioned to meet the health and human service needs of the Tasmanian community before, during and after an emergency in an integrated and sustainable manner and within the context of current and future service delivery frameworks and governance arrangements.
