The Tasmanian Emergency Management Plan is the peak emergency managment planning document in Tasmanaina and describes the current governance and coordination arrangements, and roles and responsibilities for emergency management in Tasmania. It sets the framework for all-hazard arrangements in Tasmania based on the requirements of State legislation, existing arrangements and accepted practices that support emergency management.

The Department of Health and Human Services maintain a range of plans that confirm health emergency managment arrangements. Key are amongst these plans are:
